DO INSPECTION REPORTS INCLUDE WATER CHEMISTRY ANALYSIS?
Your technician may note a visual inspection of the water and/or damage suspected from improper chemical care; however, a water chemistry analysis is NOT provided with our inspection services.
DO I NEED A HOME INSPECTION AS WELL?
Yes. Representatives of Leisure Pool and Spa are NOT Certified Home Inspectors. This service is for spas, swimming pools, or water features only. This service is provided by industry professionals with hands-on experience, years of industry knowledge, and certified education.
DO INSPECTION REPORTS INCLUDE ELECTRICAL?
Representatives of Leisure Pool and Spa are NOT licensed electricians. Any electrical recommendations noted in our inspection reports are recommendations only. We always recommend a licensed electrician review all electrical.
